At Breathe + Flow Pilates, my focus is on providing classes for all ages and abilities. As a BASI trained Mat Pilates instructor, I aim to create a class environment that is designed to be welcoming and supportive so that you feel comfortable exercising and learning the movements of Mat Pilates.
Pilates is an ideal form of exercise to help people connect with their body in a way that allows them to build strength, endurance and mobility that will help with everyday activities.
Spending regular time focusing on your body through precise exercises that are targeted and specific to core muscle groups, provides significant benefit not only for your physical body, but your overall health and wellbeing.

About BASI Mat Pilates Instructor Training
BASI Pilates has been training professional Pilates instructors for over 30 years, following the traditions of Joseph Pilates. The BASI Mat Pilates program is ideal for learning the fundamentals of Pilates.
If you have never done Pilates matwork before, this is an ideal way to begin as it is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals and build core strength before progressing to more intermediate and advanced exercises. The program for each class focuses on the whole body with integrated exercises to work the entire body in every class.
